How do I book?
Choose your service on our booking page, pick a day and time window, and enter your address. It takes about a minute. We review your request and email you to confirm your appointment.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged online. You pay after the service is done.
How much does pest control cost in Ottawa?
Flat prices, plus HST: ant control $179, wasp nest removal $199, mouse and rat control $299, cockroach treatment $299 and bed bug treatment $399. Rodent proofing is quoted after an inspection, and carpenter ants are quoted separately if we find them.
Which areas do you serve?
Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Westboro, Alta Vista, South Keys, Stittsville and Orléans. If you're nearby and not sure, email us your address. We do not work in Gatineau.
Are you licensed?
Yes. PestGone technicians are licensed Ontario exterminators.
Are treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use targeted treatments such as gel baits and locked bait stations, and we tell you exactly what we used and when it is safe to return to treated areas.
What if the pests come back?
Mice and rats, cockroaches, ants and bed bugs come with a six-month guarantee: if they return to the treated areas within six months of your final visit, we re-treat at no charge. Wasp nest treatment has a 30-day guarantee. The guarantee covers re-treatment and depends on following the preparation steps we send you.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or email us as early as you can.
